It seems that the company is taking serious measures to restructure its operations and financials due to current market situations. The company also has stated that it is in talks with a third party to support its ongoing business operations due to having "insufficient cash" and hope to continue operations without having to file a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The company is set to make an announcement before Dec 28.
