A U.S. federal judge dismissed a class-action lawsuit against Atomic Wallet, which had been filed following a $100m hack in 2023. The plaintiffs, who stored cryptocurrencies in Atomic Wallet, had argued that the company’s services were accessible in Colorado. However, the judge ruled that merely downloading an app or accessing customer support in the state wasn't sufficient to establish legal jurisdiction.
